Allison is having a good day today. I spoke with Dr. Vogel for a few minutes and he is very happy with her progress. The x-ray this morning showed her new ET tube was off a bit to the right, so that may have accounted for her poor blood gas readings this morning, but he said all her other blood readings are great, so he decided not to "stick" her too much today and just let her "be" for a while. She was sleeping most of the morning, but woke up a bit this afternoon, having some fun with her nurse, Susan by setting off her monitors when moving her head around to the position SHE wants it in, not where they want her to be. That's my girl! :)
