May 25, 2009 Evening

Poor Allison did not have a good day today. Even though her blood work was back to normal yesterday, earlier today she started to look and act like she didn't feel well. Sure enough, in just 24 hours time, her blood work now has signs that she has an infection. So, she is unfortunately back on her antibiotics and will be moved tonight back over to the intensive Care side so she can get the attention she needs. She is having a lot of apnea spells and is back on high flow oxygen (they had just switched her to low flow again overnight because she was doing so well). She was finally getting some sleep about 6pm, so we'll see what kind of night she has, poor thing.
