May 22, 2009 Morning

Well, we are off to a better start to today than yesterday. Allison didn't have her best day yesterday, she started to feel better so got her food privileges back, only to get them taken away when she had 4 apnea/brady spells in a row while eating. She is still on IV feedings this morning, but her blood gas was MUCH better and they were able, again, to suction a lot of mucus from her nose, so it could be that she just had a stuffy nose and it was keeping her from doing her "big girl" breathing. So, we'll see if they give her back her food today or just let her take another day off. :)
