Here are some pictures from yesterday--I tried to add them last night to my afternoon post, but apparently did something wrong so here they are again. This is the first time Daddy and Allison got to snuggle skin to skin -- there is truly no better sight than seeing your husband bond with his little daughter like that. Allison had a very big day today, she began getting her "big girl" feedings of 18cc over one hour, then off for 2 hours. The doctor is getting her ready for regular feedings and preparing her to bottle feed (yay!). She also got her last blood transfusion of Daddy's blood today. While she didn't need it just yet, Kevin's blood was set to expire so they decided to give it to her early. Hopefully this will be one of the last ones she needs. She had a few apnea spells while I was there today, but she is learning to regulate her own breathing and a few of the times, she didn't even set off her alarms, she recovered on her own.
